Available Vectors

ptANCHOR Vectors for Surface Display and Transfection Control. The ptANC82-V5-His-mCherry and ptANC63-V5-His-mCherry vectors are ready-to-use tools for customizable surface protein display.

  • ptANC82-V5-His-mCherry uses a CD82 anchor

  • ptANC63-V5-His-mCherry a CD63 anchor.

Both include a C-terminal mCherry tag, providing a built-in transfection control for easy tracking of expression. These vectors are designed for flexibility: The V5-His tag can be replaced with your protein or peptide of interest, enabling personalized display using tANCHOR technology. Additionally, ptANC82-V5-His-mCherry can serve as a positive control, confirming successful display of the V5-6xHis epitope on the cell surface.
